About Mississauga The city of Mississauga is one of the biggest cities in the GTA in terms of area. It is also one of the fastest growing areas and remains fairly close to downtown Toronto. Mississauga has everything that a person would ever want or need. The city is large enough to provide reasonable priced land for homeowners and has a great number of apartment buildings for people looking for a place to rent. Being away from the downtown core of Toronto, Mississauga is able to offer a large number of residential areas. The city also offers a wide variety of job opportunities due to the overall size of the city and the great number of successful businesses that call Mississauga home. There are many schools in the city that offer a number of great academic programs and there is also a great number of parks. These features of the city add to the overall attractiveness of the city and to living in a nice area that is affordable and provides schooling and parkland that is accessible to everyone. Located in the northern part of Mississauga just off of Highway 401 and Highway 27 is the busiest airport in Canada. Pearson International Airport has three terminals with various restaurants and shops. The centre of the City of Mississauga can be easily defined as Square One. This is an enormous section of land located just of Highway 403, which seems to have everything you need. The mall which bears the name Square One, is in the top two malls in terms of size in the Greater Toronto Area. The mall is truly a mega mall that is second to none. You can find all your favourite stores as well as both the high-end stores and the discount stores too. Located right next to mall is Mississauga City Hall, which is located in a modern looking building that is quite impressive. Located around the entire area of Square One are some of the best restaurants in the city. You can find dozens and dozens of restaurants that offer something to quench everybody’s taste buds. Also located within walking distance from the mall is the Coliseum. This was the first of the mega movie theatres that are now located all over the GTA. This is a huge entertainment centre and is concentrated around state of the art video games that often prove to be a challenge for children and adults. Bargain Properties >Get Rich Quick with Real Estate
You see them on cable TV, sitting around a swimming pool, sharing stories about how they got rich quick by buying valuable real estate for give-away prices. They took a course on how to invest in real estate and became millionaires overnight--with nothing down and no credit hassles from mortgage lenders. The course worked for them, and they say it will work for you, too.
If all this sounds too good to be true--it is! These "get-rich-quick" courses and schemes are being investigated by consumer fraud agencies around the country. This does not mean that you can't become a millionaire by investing in real estate. But investing in real estate requires one important thing from you--an investment of cash. You can't build an empire overnight, but you can do very well over the long term by selecting property in a good location that is priced well, and which can provide a reasonable cash flow.
